What You’ll Do
- Evaluate and test electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems and components on EATON UPS systems and related products.
- Works with various levels of personnel to troubleshoot failures.
- Performs technical analysis of quality issues raised by customer returns or complaints.
- Effectively reports inspection details.
- Explains the methodology of evaluation and troubleshooting efforts.
- Performs stock audits and incoming material inspections.
Qualifications
- Basic Qualifications: High School/GED, intermediate computer/typing skills, working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook, ability to speak and read English.
- PREFERRED Qualifications: Associates of Science in technical field, preferably related to electrical engineering technology, familiarity with quality assurance methodologies, ability to read and understand technical drawings, schematics, datasheets, and written work instructions, ASQ CQT certification or actively pursuing certification, knowledge of analog design, video, mechanical and digital skills, knowledge of printed circuit board design and layout.
