Position summary
The Quality Technician will be responsible for performing advanced dimensional and visual inspections for various manufacturing processes. This role will also perform inspections using various methods and equipment, complete appropriate quality records within company and GMP guidelines, policies, and procedures.
Shifts Available
- 1st shift: 6:00 AM - 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday
Effective Organizational, Oral, and Written Communication Skills
Facilitate an effective working relationship with customers, suppliers, and coworkers. Recommend changes to quality documentation. Read and comply with work instructions, set up sheets, and checklists. Read, understand, and follow work instructions and standard work. Enter production information into the ERP system on a timely basis. Accurately record and report hours worked.
Support and Comply with the Company Quality System, ISO, and Medical Device Requirements
Partner with other business segments sales/marketing, customer service, engineering, quality, and finance. Understand customer needs and the core business markets we serve. Ensure business systems are implemented, maintained, and functioning properly.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
- 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of ISO 9001/13485
- Quality certifications
Pay Range
- Quality Technician I: USD $23.08 - USD $33.46 /Hr.
- Quality Technician II: USD $25.16 - USD $36.49 /Hr.
