About the role

The role involves leading quality initiatives, overseeing maintenance tasks, coordinating HR processes, managing laboratory operations, operating forklifts, and assisting in production and engineering activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality initiatives to ensure product consistency and compliance with standards.
• Oversight of regular maintenance tasks to maintain equipment efficiency and safety.
• Coordinate HR processes including recruitment, training, and employee relations.
• Manage laboratory operations ensuring accurate and timely data collection and analysis.
• Operate forklifts to transport materials safely and efficiently.
• Assist in production and engineering activities as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field (Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, etc.) or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in quality management, maintenance, HR coordination, laboratory operations, forklift operation, and production/engineering.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Experience with quality assurance tools and techniques.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and emergency response procedures.
• Ability to work flexible hours and occasional overtime.
