Quality Team Leader - 1st Shift

About the role

The MCO area will expand to include two to three QC Inspectors, with a similar increase expected in the Test area. A QC Team Leader is needed to support and coordinate inspection activities, reporting, and daily operations across both areas.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure proper assignment of inspections
  • Review inspection results in a timely manner
  • Maintain clear and effective communication between QC, production, and engineering teams
  • Drive continuous improvement by monitoring trends, addressing quality issues promptly, and ensuring procedures meet Hyve’s quality standards and ISO requirements

Requirements

This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Previous experience in quality control or related field is preferred.

Qualifications

Qualified candidates should have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of experience in quality control or a related field. Experience with ISO standards and proficiency in Microsoft Office is beneficial.

Skills

Strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential. Proficiency in quality management systems and software tools is desirable.
