Quality Supervisor - Filling
for section headings (e.g., About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We should not repeat job title as heading. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. So we need sections: maybe "About the role" (the description of role), "Responsibilities", "Qualifications", "Benefits", "Schedule". Possibly also "Skills"? Not explicitly separate; qualifications include skills. Could combine. The instructions: Use headings for those categories if content exists. We have schedule info: working hours. So we can have Schedule
with that sentence.
We have benefits list: we can have Benefits
with .
We have responsibilities: Responsibilities
with .
We have qualifications: Qualifications
with (maybe also include education/experience etc). Could also separate "Requirements" but we can use Qualifications.
We have "About the role": maybe a About the role
with paragraph(s) describing role.
We also have "Physical / Safety Requirements": maybe could be part of Qualifications or separate section "Requirements". The instruction list includes Requirements as possible heading. We could create Requirements
for physical/safety requirements. But we need to decide.
We have also "Skills": not separate; could be included in Qualifications.
We must not create sections with filler like "Pay" if not present. No pay info.
We must not include boilerplate like EEO, disclaimer, etc.
We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep all bullet points exactly as given (maybe rephrase? Must preserve all substantive information; we can keep same wording but maybe adjust punctuation? Safer to copy text as is.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences.
Let's extract content.
Company description: "Simtra BioPharma Solutions (Simtra) is a world-class Contract Development Manufacturing Organization, partnering with pharmaceutical and biotech companies to bring their sterile injectable products to market. Make it COUNT – We take pride in our day-to-day work, knowing the impact we make – taking on challenges big and small to improve patient health."
We could put this under About the role
maybe also include company overview. But "About the role" maybe should be description of the role, not company. However we have "The role:" paragraph after company description. So we could split: company overview maybe not needed as heading; but we need to preserve all substantive information. Could include it in a paragraph under About the role or maybe a separate section "About Simtra". But headings list does not include About Simtra; but we could still use About the role heading for role description; company overview could be placed before that as a paragraph without heading? The instruction: Use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but says use those for section headings. It says "Use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." Likely they expect us to use those headings where appropriate. We can also have other headings if needed but better to stick to those.
Thus we can have:
About the role
containing the role description paragraph (starting "The Quality Supervisor is a member...").
We also need to include the company overview and "Why join Team Simtra?" maybe as part of About the role or maybe as a separate About Simtra
but not in list. Safer to include them in About the role paragraph as well, but that might mix. However we must preserve all substantive information; we can include them as separate paragraphs under About the role heading.
Thus:

Then schedule: Schedule
The working hours for first shift are Monday-Thursday 6a-4:30p.
Responsibilities: list.
We need to extract bullet points from "The responsibilities:" section. The text after that heading includes many sentences each starting with a capital letter and ending with period. They are separated by line breaks? In the source they are separated by periods and maybe line breaks. We'll treat each sentence as a list item.
Let's copy them exactly:
"Able to successfully perform all the primary responsibilities of EM and QALO personnel."
"Effectively grows, manages, develops and empowers personnel including hiring and evaluation of performance."
"Provides rapid, quality-first decision-making in collaboration with manufacturing and other cross-functional teams."
"Ensures training and compliance of QALO associates and Quality Technicians."
"Authors and approves investigation/deviation reports."
"Leads ongoing daily QALO and environmental monitoring activities and assist other cross-functional areas to ensure successful execution/implementation."
"Ensures tasks are completed assigned to self and QALO personnel to ensure Quality and site metrics are met."
"Author, revise, and review, written standard operating procedures (SOPs), batch records, and other documentation as needed to meet Corporate, Plant, Regulatory Requirements, etc. while supporting continuous improvement initiatives."
"Ensure compliance with all federal, state, local and company-specific regulations related to quality of product and employee safety."
"Participate and lead multiple process/product improvement projects or other focus groups, design of experiments, validations, development of new methodologies or improving existing methodologies, data generation, report development, and presentation."
"Lead audit ready status efforts for assigned areas and assist other areas within the facility in understanding regulatory and Simtra quality requirements."
"Maintain a high level of expertise in current regulatory requirements."
Check for any missing: The original had "Ensures tasks are completed assigned to self and QALO personnel to ensure Quality and site metrics are met." Slight grammar but we keep.
Now qualifications: list after "The qualifications:" heading.
We need to extract each bullet (sentences separated by periods). Let's copy:
"Bachelor’s degree (preferred science discipline) and 2 years of Pharmaceutical Quality/Manufacturing or other GXP regulated industry experience, or Associate’s degree with at least 3 years of Pharmaceutical Quality/Manufacturing or other GXP regulated industry experience, or no degree with at least 5 years Pharmaceutical Quality/Manufacturing or other GXP regulated industry experience."
"Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience."
"Working knowledge of FDA CFR 210,211 and other applicable regulations, and Good Documentation Practices (GDP) required."
"Experience with environmental monitoring preferred."
"Familiarity with isolator filling machines highly preferred."
"Knowledge of aseptic manufacturing processes are required."
"Good interpersonal/communication/influencing/negation skills."
"Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook and the ability to use enterprise software (examples include: D365, Blue Mountain, Veeva, etc.)"
"Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills."
Note: "negation" maybe typo for negotiation but keep.
Now Physical / Safety Requirements: list after that heading.
Extract:
"Must wear appropriate PPE as required for various manufacturing areas"
"Must be able to gown qualify for Grade C/D areas."
"Duties may require overtime work, including off-shift hours and Holidays as required."
"Use of hands and fingers to manipulate office equipment is required."
Now Benefits: list after "In return, you’ll be eligible for[1]:" then bullet list.
We need to capture each benefit item.
