Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations in the warehouse, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety protocols.
• Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock accuracy.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse productivity and reduce costs.
• Train and supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance on best practices and performance improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations and meet customer demands.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse management or similar roles.
• Proven ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including material handling, order picking, and packing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Experience with warehouse management software systems such as WMS (Warehouse Management System).
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance in warehousing and logistics.
