Quality Supervisor

Position Summary

The Quality Supervisor oversees key quality personnel—including calibration, source inspection, and quality/document control—ensuring accountability, performance, and alignment with organizational objectives. This role actively drives continuous improvement initiatives and supports operational excellence across the quality function. This role serves as the primary quality liaison for assigned customers, ensuring timely responses to quality concerns, driving effective corrective actions, and maintaining compliance with aerospace standards.
