Quality Supervisor
About the role
The Excellerate Quality Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring product compliance, supplier quality, and customer service excellence. Reporting directly to the Quality Manager, this position is responsible for managing non-conformance and customer complaints, supplier audits, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Ensure product compliance to customer specifications and industry standards.
- Manage supplier performance through qualification, audits, and scorecards.
- Lead corrective action discussions and close out CAPAs.
- Engage in customer quality meetings and respond to customer inquiries and complaints.
- Create and maintain quality plans and failure mode effects analysis (FMEA).
- Implement and monitor control plans to ensure compliance with customer specifications and industry standards.
- Collaborate with engineers to develop and implement process improvements.
- Participate in hiring and mentoring programs.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering is preferred.
- Two (2) years of related industry experience is required; Five (5) years is preferred.
- Travel: 10-25% based on company needs.
- Work Schedule: Between 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday-Friday.
Qualifications
Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management systems is required. Knowledge of ISO standards and Six Sigma principles is beneficial.

Pay
Competitive salary commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Schedule
This position works between the hours of 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday-Friday. However, work may be performed at any time on any day of the week to meet business needs.
