Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the QMS in alignment with ISO standards and customer requirements.
- Act as the primary liaison for all quality-related matters with customers and internal stakeholders and ensure timely resolution of concerns.
- Identify measurable Critical to Quality (CTQ) characteristics for products with Engineering and develop methods with Manufacturing to ensure processes are controlled to meet customer specifications, industry standards, and internal quality requirements.
- Qualify suppliers with Purchasing, oversee incoming material inspection, and monitor supplier quality performance.
- Conduct and support audits (internal, customer, and third-party) and drive corrective actions.
- Lead root cause analysis, develop corrective/preventive actions for nonconformities, and ensure corrective actions are implemented and sustained to reduce Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) and improve customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate quality records, inspection reports, and certifications in compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
- Manage calibration programs for measurement and test equipment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
- 5+ years in quality management within manufacturing (preferably ETO or electrical systems)

Working Conditions
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to access and navigate each department in the Office and Factory Floor.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
