About the role
Enhance employee performance through training and coaching. Lead workshops and provide one-on-one support to improve skills and productivity.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee performance
- Provide individual coaching and feedback to employees
- Assess employee progress and adjust training plans accordingly
- Collaborate with management to implement performance improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in training and development
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire employees
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with performance management systems
- Knowledge of adult learning principles
