About the role

Enhance employee performance through training and coaching. Lead workshops and provide one-on-one support to improve skills and productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee performance
  • Provide individual coaching and feedback to employees
  • Assess employee progress and adjust training plans accordingly
  • Collaborate with management to implement performance improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in training and development
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to motivate and inspire employees

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with performance management systems
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles
