About the role
We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead the Quality function at our Delmont facility and help shape a culture of accountability, customer focus, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. Reporting to the Plant Manager, this role has broad influence across the site and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the site Quality organization through coaching, performance management, and capability building
- Establish and execute a plant Quality strategy aligned with North American and corporate objectives
- Foster a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement across all functions
- Own and continuously improve the site’s Business Excellence System (BES)
- Ensure quality systems remain effective, sustainable, and aligned with applicable requirements
- Define, monitor, and report critical quality KPIs, including defects, Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ), customer complaints, and audit findings
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective and preventive action (CAPA) efforts
- Drive Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement initiatives that improve product quality, process capability, and plant performance
- Serve as the primary quality liaison for customers, including issue resolution and site visits
- Lead internal audit programs across North American sites
- Ensure raw materials and finished goods meet specifications and applicable compliance requirements
- Facilitate quality awareness and education throughout the site and broader North American organization
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Business, or a related field desired
- 8–10 years of quality leadership experience within a manufacturing environment
- 2+ years of supervisory or people leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems, SPC, root cause analysis, and CAPA methodologies
- Experience with ISO and regulatory compliance frameworks
- Strong understanding of product compliance requirements and the ability to assess risk, conduct reviews, and provide organizational guidance
Preferred Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
- American Society for Quality certifications such as: Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Certified Quality Manager (CQM)
- Experience with standards and frameworks such as ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 17025, AS9100, or RC 14001
- Product compliance knowledge related to REACH, RoHS, Clean Water Act requirements, or industry-specific regulations

Pay
The salary range for this position is $103,400.00 - $129,300.00 USD Annual.
Schedule
Approximately 10–25% travel, including other Americas facilities, customer locations, and suppliers, with some international travel possible.
