Quality Inspection/Final Test II

About the role

This position performs functional testing of completed products, verifying conformance to all specified requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical and functional inspection of electrical components
• Operate test bays/stations and associated equipment
• Troubleshoot and/or repair faulty components
• Assess product evaluation against NEC and UL/CSA standards
• Review order write-ups and operate components
• Ensure product quality and verify units meet agency approvals
• Collaborate with other areas to maintain product quality
• Use basic hand tools (ratchets, wrenches, air tools, pliers, wire strippers, torque tools, crimping tools)
• Use multi-meters, hypot-testers, leak check equipment, computers, and refrigeration manifold gauges
• Other responsibilities as assigned
