Quality Inspection/Final Test I

About the role

This position performs functional testing of completed products, verifying conformance to all specified requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical and functional inspection of electrical components
• Operate test bays/stations and associated equipment
• Troubleshoot and/or repair faulty components
• Assess product evaluation against NEC and UL/CSA standards
• Review order write-ups and operate components to ensure product quality
• Collaborate with other areas to maintain product quality
• Verify units meet agency approvals
• Other responsibilities as assigned

• Basic hand tools: ratchets, wrenches, air tools, pliers, wire strippers, torque tools, crimping tools
• Multi-meters
• Hipot-tester
• Leak check equipment
• Computer
• Refrigeration manifold gauges
