Responsibilities
- Maintain thorough documentation of all quality improvement activities.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and patient safety.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management on quality improvement initiatives and their impact.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Quality Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare quality improvement or regulatory compliance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
- Experience with quality improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or ISO standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
