Quality Engineering Manager
Reporting directly to the Sr Director ISC Operations, you’ll work on-site at our Boyne City, MI location.

Requirements
You Must Have
- 5+ years in aerospace manufacturing, quality engineering, supplier quality, or operations.
- 3-5+ years leading quality teams, engineers, or quality managers.
- Experience supporting:
- OEMs (Boeing, Airbus, Gulfstream, Lockheed Martin, etc.)
- FAA-regulated products
- Aerospace manufacturing environments
- Demonstrated leadership of cross-functional initiatives involving Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Customers.
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics.
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. person, defined as a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.
