Quality Eng/BOS Coord

Responsibilities

• Define BOS Objectives and obtain Quality Manager’s approval of targets.
• Lead Plant cross-functional teams to ensure that the BOS objectives are met.
• Carefully coordinate BOS / IATF certification audits.
• Develop the process to implement, achieve and maintain BOS / IATF certification.
• Maintain Document control per BOS requirements.
• Deploy BOS Corporate document releases.
• Auditing the BOS / IATF processes and procedures on an ongoing basis.
• Training all Plant departments and teams in BOS procedures and IATF requirements.
• Providing awareness when changes and/or updates are included in BOS procedures and/or TS 16949 to all different plant teams.
• Maintaining all Plant Business operating systems document revisions.
• Support Quality Analyst responsibilities during an absence, which include but are not limited to conducting Poke Yoke Audits, Complete Seat Audits, and processing of non-conforming material.

Qualifications

• Education Requirements: A high school diploma is required. An associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Experience Requirements: Three (3) or more years of experience in a manufacturing environment with IATF requirement experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Organizational and administrative skills related to documentation and record keeping. Ability to speak effectively to a group of team members or customers.
