Job Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance to quality standards.
• Support and facilitate audits and regulatory inspections and identify and raise quality issues with management.
• Responsible for multiple or highly complex projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering preferred.
• ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt is highly preferred.
• Significant experience in metal stamping (tandem, progressive, or transfer presses).
• Deep knowledge of welding processes (Resistance Spot Welding, MIG/MAG, or Laser Welding).

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a leadership position including leading new launches and program teams.
• Minimum 7 years in a Quality Engineering position supporting new launches and program teams.
• Ability to work in a confidential and professional manner.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Minitab.
