Quality Coordinator Specialist 2nd Shift Monday through Thursday 8:00pm to 6:30am

About the Role
The Quality Assurance Coordinator assists in managing the site quality management system and ensures that processes and procedures are developed in line with applicable standards and customer requirements. This role serves as a site leader in developing documents and tools to guide and improve the quality management system and educates operational personnel on quality management system requirements. The Quality Assurance Coordinator also supports and assesses the implementation of the Kenco Operating System as it relates to quality assurance.
Responsibilities
- Maintain, update, and add site policies, procedures, standard work instructions, and tools to improve the efficacy of the quality management system.
- Administer the internal audit program to ensure compliance with the quality management system by training auditors, auditing processes and procedures, and measuring results.
- Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards.
- Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues and perform root cause and corrective action investigations to improve the quality management system.
- Collect and compile statistical quality data and analyze it to identify areas for improvement in the quality management system.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field, or equivalent years of experience (one year of professional experience for each year of college requested).
- 2-4 years’ experience in a quality assurance role.
- Knowledge and experience with ISO 9001:2015.
- Lead Auditor Certification preferred.

Travel Requirements
This position is expected to travel approximately 25% or less. A passport is not required but recommended.
