  • Perform visual inspections and quality checks on incoming materials, in-progress work, and completed projects.
  • Carry out dimensional checks, material verification, and other relevant quality control tests according to project requirements and industry standards.
  • Document inspection results, identify non-conformances, and communicate findings to project management and relevant stakeholders.
  • Aid in the development and implementation of quality control plans and procedures.
  • Collaborate with construction teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Review project specifications, blueprints, and quality control documents to ensure compliance.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of all quality control activities.
  • Participate in root cause analysis for quality deficiencies and recommend preventative measures.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.

High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in a technical field or related certification preferred. 1-3 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance, preferably within the energy, construction, or manufacturing industries. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications. Familiarity with relevant industry codes and standards (e.g., API, ASME, AWS) is a plus. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, tape measures). Basic computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check. Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required.
