Quality Control Technician
About the role
Join our team of professionals who support large-scale government operations by leveraging cutting-edge technology. The Quality Control (QC) Technician will support a large government agency, maintaining quality assurance processes, testing products, and recording and analyzing results gathered during development and production.
Responsibilities
- Carry out inspections to meet the standards set by the organization
- Focus on corrective actions to ensure products meet specifications
- Maintain all documentation for auditing purposes
- Work with the Quality Control Supervisor regarding product information and production
- Continuously update job knowledge by reviewing product-related information
- Find solutions to customers’ complaints and feedback
- Write reports and submit them to the quality control manager
- Assist in checking and updating quality control policies
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- 6+ months of relevant experience is preferred
- Must successfully pass background and drug screening
Skills
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, including Visual Basic programming and macro generation
- Ability to produce customized reports using data from integrated computer systems in CSV, txt, and XML formats
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to teach and explain methodologies

Pay
Estimated hourly wage: USD $29.52–$33.00 per hour.
