Responsibilities

• Lead the activities related to quality control inspection and testing of materials, parts, and products to ensure adherence to established standards within Honeywell Quality Engineering team.
• Ensure that quality is being maintained in all factors involved in production.
• Responsible for all activities involving quality control and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
• Establish and implement a complete quality control program that identifies potential and actual problems and oversee team involvement with corrective actions.
• Apply expertise and problem-solving techniques to resolve critical quality control issues.
• Guide talent.
• Facilitate/lead staff meetings.
• Update and report metrics.
• Supervision of final inspections, NDT, CMM and FAI teams.
• Balance workload to optimize output of inspection teams.
• Process and compliance support.
• Continuous improvement of the final inspection operations.
• Ensure proper training of inspection personnel.
• Maintain electronic work instructions for final inspection.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
