Responsibilities
- Use measuring devices (calipers, micrometers, drop gages, pin gages, go & no-go gages, etc.) proficiently
- Interpret GD&T drawing symbols and blueprints
- Work within Quality Management Systems, including ISO 9001
- Apply SPC (statistical process controls), perform data entry, create control charts, and analyze trends
- Follow specific work, process, safety instructions, and procedures
- Complete control charts and process paperwork accurately and efficiently
- Generate documented reports as required
- Follow tasks to completion as directed by Quality Manager
- Maintain strong communication skills and team mentality
- Exhibit a strong work ethic and attendance record
- Operate forklifts if required
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Quality Control experience
- Highly quality conscious and detail oriented
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
