Quality Control Inspector

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Coincides parts, products and/or processes to guarantee conformity with standards.
• Inspects materials or products utilizing fixed or variable measuring devices.
• Looks for anomalies and flaws.
• Verifies designated measurements on product or material by carrying out the subsequent duties.
• Collaborates with engineering, sales, and manufacturing personnel to effectively address issues linked to product design, materials, specifications, and/or manufacturing operations.
• Ensures all quality control policies, procedures, directives, and systems are in compliance with company and/or applicable federal regulations, continuously endeavors to enhance the level of quality assurance within the facility.
• Guarantees all safety policies and procedures are adhered to in accordance with guidelines established by the Company in accordance with OSHA regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Regularly required to talk or hear.
• Frequently required to walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms.
• Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
• Usually works in seasonal weather, warm and/or cold temperatures.
