Quality Control Inspector

Responsibilities

• Inspect products during production to ensure quality standards are met
• Raise and resolve quality concerns with other departments
• Participate in regular quality-focused meetings to drive performance and gather feedback
• Maintain and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to support business success
• Document inspection, audit, and quality reports for customers and internal teams
• Support audits such as PCI, ISO9001, and CQM, and help maintain key certifications
• Collaborate on root-cause investigation and corrective action teams
• Communicate effectively with peers, managers, customers, and suppliers
• Ensure adherence to safety policies, procedures, and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

Requirements

• Experience required: 2-5 years in quality, production, or related field
• Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, walk, bend, and reach during a 12-hour shift
• Manual dexterity and sharp eyesight for product inspections
• Detail-oriented, goal-driven, and eager to learn
• Commitment to safety (PPE required: steel-toe shoes, safety glasses, gloves)
• No minimum education required — your experience counts!
• Familiarity with quality management standards and audit processes is a big plus
