Quality Control Inspector

About the role

HEICO Repair Group Aerostructures, a recognized leader in the repair and overhaul of aircraft structural components, is seeking a Quality Control Inspector to join our team. This position plays a key role in ensuring that all repaired components meet rigorous FAA, customer, and internal quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform receiving, in-process, final, and return-to-service inspections of structural components
• Inspect repaired and overhauled nacelles, thrust reversers, flight control surfaces, and radomes for compliance with approved technical data and customer requirements
• Verify workmanship, measurements, repair documentation, and work orders for accuracy and completeness
• Ensure compliance with FAA regulations, OEM manuals, engineering drawings, and company procedures
• Support radome inspection and transmissivity testing to ensure compliance with performance requirements
• Identify, document, and report nonconformities, discrepancies, and quality concerns
• Work closely with technicians, engineers, and supervisors
