About the role

Responsible for leading a team of developers to design, develop, and maintain software applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and quality assurance engineers.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement software solutions based on user needs and technical specifications
  • Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and secure software applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools
  • Perform code reviews and provide feedback to peers
  • Participate in testing and debugging of software applications

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in software development
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C++)
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Qualifications

  • Experience with agile methodologies
  • Knowledge of database management systems (e.g., SQL)
  • Experience with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
