About The Opportunity
As a Load Inspector at our Becker, MN site, you’ll play a key role in our daily operations. In this role, you’ll assist equipment operators by identifying customer materials and directing traffic throughout the yard.
Responsibilities
- Inspect and grade incoming and outgoing loads for quality, weight, packaging, hazardous materials, and safety
- Communicate inspection results to operators and other yard staff
- Complete inspection reports and tickets as needed
- Direct on-site traffic to ensure materials are unloaded in correct locations
- Maintain facility cleanliness and perform other assigned tasks
Requirements
- Ability to work independently and as a team with minimal supervision
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Work in outdoor conditions year-round
- Knowledge of metal grades is a plus

Pay
Starting at $22/hour, full-time, year-round.
Schedule
Monday – Friday, 5:30 AM – 5:00 PM (no nights or weekends).
