Job Responsibilities
- Conduct quality checks on trailers throughout the manufacturing process, including raw materials and final products.
- Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and identify potential issues.
- Track and record quality assurance data, including key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Work closely with the manufacturing team to address quality issues and implement improvements.
- Utilize checklists, standard work, and quality standards to document inspection findings and corrective actions.
- Identify root causes of quality issues and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Qualifications
- Education-Experience Required: 0-1 year of relevant experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to identify defects and inconsistencies.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control principles.
- Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members at all levels.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and work in a manufacturing environment.
