Quality Control Fabrication Technician I

This position will be responsible but not limited to complete quality fabrication checker functions as required by Enerflex Quality Control Program on fabricated process and utility piping including other miscellaneous weldments. Responsibilities

• Timely visual and material inspection of piping, & other applicable weldments.
• Ensure fabrication of various components meets the requirements of Enerflex Quality Management System, procedures, work Instructions, project requirements, and applicable governing codes.
• Adhering to internal quality programs and ensuring project specifications are met.
• Verification of various NDE methods.
• Capturing performance data on the fabrication floor daily.
• Timely reporting and communication.
• Understanding of raw materials, fabricated products, specifications, fabrication drawings and applicable Codes.
• Assist in creating QC Fabrication Technician workflow duties for training purposes.
• Will train other employees on workflow responsibilities.
