About the Role
This position will focus on providing clerical support to the Compliance and Quality Teams.
Compensation & Schedule
- Hourly: $26.15 - $30.77 (based on experience)
- Monday - Friday (4:30am - 5pm)

This position is part of our PRIME division, operating under the S&S Activewear parent company. PRIME plays a key role in delivering specialized solutions while aligning with the broader mission and values of S&S Activewear.
What You Will Do
Compliance Support
- Weekly testing of products using XRF machine – downloading the data, reporting weekly on any items that failed XRF testing.
- Daily review of Overseas Inspection reports – approving/failing, filing reports in the product files, updating the overseas inspection database.
- Aiding the Compliance Supervisor with special projects as required.
- Updating Databases (overseas, incoming, xrf, defective product database).
- Updating and uploading e-filing information for products on a weekly basis (working closely with supply chain department).
Quality Support
- Support Quality Supervisor with reporting and dispositioning defective product once identified.
- Transfer data from M4N incoming inspections to Supply Chain.
- Act as a liaison between Compliance and Quality, communicating concerns or potential problems as they arise.
- Prepare reports as required.
