Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Check the conformity of the first sample products and those causing problems during production against technical drawings, dimensional measurements, standards, tolerances, and other technical specifications using precision measuring devices.
• Test all physical and chemical properties of materials, including internal structure, texture, composition, strength, surface properties, and electrical and electronic characteristics, according to given standard values.
• Determine error percentages through precise measuring and testing with the aid of precision measuring and testing devices.
• Select appropriate measurement and testing methods based on material properties and implement statistical process control methods when needed.
• Prepare detailed reports after conducting functional tests on samples.
• Examine malfunctions and errors in manufactured parts, semi-finished products, and finished goods and perform relevant measurement and testing procedures.
• Calibrate and monitor all measurement and control devices used within the company, making necessary adjustments as required.

Qualifications
