Pay

The hourly rate for this position is $19.00 to $22.00.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a sanitary department following health and safety codes and regulations
• Ensure stand cleanliness with fellow stand workers
• Enforce uniform policies to ensure all staff are properly dressed during events
• Maintain food production that ensures safety and quality according to policies and procedures
• Recommend replacement of existing equipment to meet facility needs
• Train and mentor other food service workers
• Perform additional duties as requested by Concessions Management when skills or experience are needed
• Mentor workers on delivering excellent guest service

Requirements

• Ability to read, write, and understand verbal instructions
• Must complete a sanitation course either before or during the first year of employment
• Knowledgeable in operating an efficient, cost-effective program
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic
• Maintain emotional control under stress
• Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills
• Excellent organizational skills
