Premium In-Seat Supervisor - Fenway Park

Job Responsibilities

• Counts inventory at the start and end of the game.
• Ensures inventory is complete and ready for the game.
• Responsible for checking-in staff.
• Maintains cleanliness of In-Seat kitchen and its surroundings.
• Maintains cleanliness of In-Seat kitchen and its surroundings.
• Reports any issues or concerns to a manager when needed.
• Upholds ARAMARK standards relative to quality and service.
• Performs all other duties as required.
• Follows all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory role and within the food industry is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others is essential.
• Must attend Customer Focus and Supervisor training, and any other required ARAMARK training.
• Excellent Guest Service Skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Ideal candidate has a flexible schedule to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Enjoys working in a lively environment.
• Well-groomed and professional attire (follow ARAMARK standards for uniform and grooming).

Pay

The Hourly rate for this position is $26.00 to $28.00. This is Aramark's good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Schedule

May supervise the staff and sanitation of facilities of the locations.
