Key Responsibilities
- Assist with inspections for LG Vertech systems (e.g., AC Skids, PCS, B-Links, E-Links)
- Capture, organize, and upload visual QA documentation (photos of good/bad installs, punch items)
- Maintain and update QA/QC logs in Excel and Procore
- Issue Tracking & Coordination: Track punch list items and monitor remediation status
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely issue resolution and documentation completeness
- Support checklist and punch list execution during key turnover milestones
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in project coordination, commissioning, or resource planning, preferably in construction, energy, or engineering sectors
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Procore’s Resource Planning tool or similar project management software. Familiarity with commissioning processes and documentation (e.g., test scripts, startup plans)
- Soft Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management skills, strong communication and collaboration abilities, and a proactive problem-solving mindset
- Preferred: Knowledge of industry standards (e.g., ASHRAE, LEED, or ISO commissioning guidelines) and experience working with cross-functional teams
