About the role

Cincy Connect Services is hiring a Quality Assurance Specialist to strengthen service quality across customer-support outsourcing for phone, email, chat, social channels, help desk, technical support, quality, and service operations. The role focuses on quality assurance specialized execution within customer support outsourcing to surface incomplete information before it becomes downstream rework.

Strong performance is demonstrated through fewer avoidable corrections, timely follow-through, and records that make the next action obvious. Success is measured by quality assurance specialized execution within customer support outsourcing.

Responsibilities

• Use Quality Assurance Specialized Execution and Coaching Support confidently in customer support outsourcing.
• Apply Exception Tracking without losing track of exceptions, owners, or deadlines tied to quality assurance.
• Document Escalation Management decisions clearly so another teammate can follow the reasoning.
• Use sound judgment in Feedback Analysis, especially when escalation is required instead of assumption.
• Own the Quality Assurance Specialist workflow by helping the team identify recurring failure patterns.
• Coordinate the workflow by tracking corrective actions and follow-up.
• Review the workflow by turning quality findings into practical process feedback.
• Maintain the workflow by reviewing work against documented quality standards.
• Track the workflow by scoring and documenting observed defects.
• Ensure remote execution leaves service quality accurate, secure, traceable, and ready for the next authorized teammate.

Requirements

• Full-time, associate-level position.
• 100% remote within the United States.

Pay

Base salary: $46,000–$68,000 per year.
