Responsibilities

  • Perform liquid penetrant inspections, magnetic particle inspections, and other related nondestructive quality testing.
  • Perform in-process and final quality assurance checks of assemblies, tools, components, fabrications, and parts using standard and special measuring gages, devices, and techniques.
  • Assist the quality team through defect resolution and perform rework on part non-conformances.
  • Perform workstation audits.
  • Maintain accurate records in accordance with established standards and practices.
  • Operate material-moving equipment such as forklifts and jib or gantry cranes, as trained.
  • Contribute to team problem solving and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Take ownership of compliance, safety, quality, and productivity in your area of responsibility.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Must hold relevant Level II NDT certification(s) or successfully complete Level II certification requirements (including classroom work and relevancy exams) within 6 months of the job.
  • Minimum of 1 year in a quality role or manufacturing experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
  • Ability to read manual gages, including micrometers and calipers.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and wear required personal protective equipment, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Successful completion of an assessment for the job class, background check, and drug screen.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship provided for this role).

Pay

$29.144 - $30.401 per hour. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120%, or 130% of salary in certain areas.
