Responsibilities
- Lead QA strategy and manage quality assurance processes across applications
- Operate in a player-coach capacity, mentoring QA engineers while remaining hands-on with testing
- Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver
- Oversee end-to-end testing including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing
- Establish and maintain QA environments and testing infrastructure
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams in an Agile development environment
- Track defects, analyze quality metrics, and drive continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 7+ years of QA experience with strong automation expertise
- 2+ years of QA leadership or management experience
- Strong experience with Selenium WebDriver and automation frameworks (TestNG, JUnit, or similar)
- Proficiency in Java, Python, or C#
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git)
- Experience implementing end-to-end testing strategies
- Strong understanding of Agile development practices
- PREFERRED: Experience testing AI-enabled applications
- PREFERRED: Experience with API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured)
- PREFERRED: Mortgage industry experience
