Quality Assurance Manager

About the role

Responsible for ensuring high-quality standards are met across all product development phases. Oversee testing processes, identify defects, and provide recommendations for improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure software quality.
• Identify and report bugs, issues, and defects in products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and project managers.
• Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to improve coding practices.
• Document testing procedures and results for future reference.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance or similar role.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and testing methodologies.
• Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in at least one programming language.
• Knowledge of software testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, etc.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
