Quality Assurance Manager

About the role

Responsible for ensuring high standards of quality across all products and services. Conducts thorough testing and reviews to identify and resolve defects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies to ensure product quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
• Document findings and provide actionable recommendations for defect resolution.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies to enhance quality assurance processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Quality Assurance, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in quality assurance roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with automated testing tools and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Proficient in software development lifecycle and quality management principles.
• Knowledge of QA methodologies such as TDD, BDD, and ATDD.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Skills

• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with continuous integration and delivery tools.
• Strong understanding of software testing frameworks and tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Pay

• $60,000 - $70,000 annually.

Schedule

• Full-time position.
• Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
