Quality Assurance Manager

About the role

Responsible for ensuring high-quality standards in product development and maintenance. Oversee testing processes and ensure all products meet quality specifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage testing teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of quality products.
• Develop and implement testing strategies and procedures to identify and resolve defects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and project managers to ensure alignment on quality goals.
• Conduct regular reviews and provide feedback to improve testing processes and tools.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies to enhance testing capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.
• Experience with automated testing tools and methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead and mentor testing teams.
• Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Experience with agile methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills

• Proficiency in testing frameworks such as Selenium, JUnit, etc.
• Experience with test management tools like JIRA, TestRail, etc.
• Understanding of software development languages and platforms (Java, Python, etc.).
• Good understanding of software architecture and design patterns.

Pay
