Quality Assurance Manager (67561)

About the role

The QA Manager at Inter-Con Security Systems, Inc. reports to the Account Manager and is responsible for overseeing shift operations at assigned stations, ensuring service level agreements are met through productivity, performance, and inspection data. This includes performing continuous field inspections of deployed personnel, auditing security officer reports, and maintaining open communication with the Quality Assurance Manager regarding personnel performance.

Responsibilities

• Direct oversight of shift operations at assigned stations.
• Compile productivity, performance, and inspections to ensure service level agreements are being met.
• Reporting to ensure metrics are captured and reported for executive level consumption.
• Perform continuous field inspections of deployed personnel.

• Keep the Quality Assurance Manager apprised of personnel performance by accurately communicating status of compliance and identifying any deficiencies in a timely manner.
• Personnel Performance (coaching, counseling, and disciplinary).
• Audit security officer end-of-shift reports, officer daily activity reports, scalable reports.

Requirements

Qualifications for this role include a bachelor's degree in a related field, preferably in security, management, or a similar discipline. Experience in quality assurance, supervision, and leadership roles is preferred. A background in security systems and operations is also beneficial.
