Main Purpose of the Quality Assurance Lead Role
This is a full-time role for a candidate who will assist in managers in training and developing quality assurance to minimize monetary loss from defective merchandise.
Major Responsibilities
- Collaborate with QA Manager on daily processes weekly
- Monitor QA team’s daily assigned duties for accuracy and efficiency
- Aid with weekly report running to help assess volume in departments
- Aid with updating system processes for efficiencies on a regular basis
- Train and develop a team of quality assurance assistants
- Communicate with vendors regarding defective and unacceptable merchandise as needed
- Provide feedback on, and help to create, systems and procedures
- Coordinate department team activities and other functions as needed
- Able to navigate proficiently through multiple systems
- Absenteeism and tardiness are not tolerated
Required Competencies
- Ability to work in a team environment / work successfully with any personality type

- Strong multitasking, prioritization and organizational skills for record keeping
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of apparel construction and fabrication and various fashion categories
- Able to work required overtime when business needs warrant
- Able to navigate proficiently through multiple systems
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Experience with Microsoft word and excel
- Type 50+ words per minute
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be proficient in English, bilingual Spanish preferred but not required
- 2+ years of warehouse experience
