About the role

The Quality Assurance Coordinator at Sparkbit360 improves service quality while supporting marketing and public-relations strategy, campaigns, content, brand storytelling, creative execution, client service, and performance insight. This role focuses on quality assurance coordination within brand campaign operations, ensuring visibility of owners, evidence, and next actions.

The role is successful when service quality becomes more reliable and repeated failure points are identified before they affect customers, partners, or teammates.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the Quality Assurance workflow by helping the team identify recurring failure patterns.
• Review the Quality Assurance workflow by tracking corrective actions and follow-up.
• Maintain the Quality Assurance workflow by turning quality findings into practical process feedback.
• Track the Quality Assurance workflow by reviewing work against documented quality standards.
• Own the Quality Assurance workflow by scoring and documenting observed defects.

Qualifications

• Use Process Auditing and Trend Analysis confidently in quality assurance coordination.
• Apply Service Quality principles without losing track of exceptions, owners, or deadlines.
• Document Quality Metrics decisions clearly for teammate understanding.
• Demonstrate sound judgment in PR Campaign Support, especially when escalation is required.

Position Details

This is a full-time, associate-level role, 100% remote within the United States.

Pay

Base salary: $45,000–$65,000 per year.
