About the role

Support the systems, communication, and regulatory processes that help ensure exceptional care across home health, hospice, and physician services. As a Quality Assurance Coordinator, you'll serve as a key resource within the Quality Assurance department, helping maintain compliance, streamline operations, and provide meaningful insights that support continuous improvement throughout the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, report, and collaborate on quality improvement initiatives
  • Contribute to regulatory readiness and process enhancements
  • Audit and document processes
  • Prepare reports and performance data
  • Ensure organizational practices align with Medicare, Medicaid, accreditation, and other regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a health care setting

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's degree

Essential Skills and Competencies

  • Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate professionally and effectively with staff, patients, and caregivers
  • Knowledge of medical terminology
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness to develop new critical thinking skills
  • Ability to operate computer equipment, FAX, and photocopy machines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Discretion and confidentiality in the workplace

Pay

$60,000 - $70,000 USD
