About the role

Support non-clinical dementia-care navigation and Medicare GUIDE support for patients, families, caregivers, and providers, with particular attention to service quality. The role focuses on quality assurance coordination within dementia care navigation support to surface incomplete information before it becomes downstream rework.

Responsibilities

• Track the Quality Assurance Coordinator workflow by helping the team identify recurring failure patterns.
• Own the Quality Assurance Coordinator workflow by helping the team track corrective actions and follow-up.
• Coordinate the Quality Assurance Coordinator workflow by helping the team turn quality findings into practical process feedback.
• Review the Quality Assurance Coordinator workflow by helping the team assess work against documented quality standards.
• Maintain the Quality Assurance Coordinator workflow by helping the team score and document observed defects.

Role Details

Full-time, associate-level position. 100% remote within the United States.

Pay

Base salary: $52,000–$75,000 per year.
