Key Responsibilities
- Conduct reviews of initial and progress reports written by BCBAs to ensure compliance with ABA insurance requirements.
- Conduct reviews of client learning trees for accuracy and quality.
- Provide training on setting up CentralReach learning trees.
- Train BCBAs on completing clinical reports according to company and payer guidelines.
- Interface with BCBAs as needed to provide guidance, support, and quality feedback.
- Provide orientation and onboarding for newly hired clinical staff.
- Assist with insurance denials by reviewing documentation and recommending necessary revisions.
Requirements
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing with the BACB.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a BCBA.
- Extensive experience using CentralReach, including:
- Writing initial and concurrent assessments.
- Creating and reviewing learning trees.
- Strong understanding of clinical documentation and insurance requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with the clinical team.
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting salary: $60,000 - $75,000
- Schedule: Remote position, 30+ hours per week.
