Quality Assurance/ BCBA

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct reviews of initial and progress reports written by BCBAs to ensure compliance with ABA insurance requirements.
• Conduct reviews of client learning trees for accuracy and quality.
• Provide training on setting up CentralReach learning trees.
• Train BCBAs on completing clinical reports according to company and payer guidelines.
• Interface with BCBAs as needed to provide guidance, support, and quality feedback.
• Provide orientation and onboarding for newly hired clinical staff.
• Assist with insurance denials by reviewing documentation and recommending necessary revisions.

Requirements

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a BCBA.
• Extensive experience using CentralReach, including:
• Writing initial and concurrent assessments.
• Creating and reviewing learning trees.
• Strong understanding of clinical documentation and insurance requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with the clinical team.

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting salary: $60,000 - $75,000
