About the role

Theonics CNC is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to join our team in Huntsville, AL. This position will be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of our CNC machining processes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections and tests on machined parts to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
• Document findings from inspections and tests, including any non-conformities and corrective actions taken.
• Work closely with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of our CNC machining processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar quality assurance role.
• Strong knowledge of CNC machining processes and quality control techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using quality assurance software tools.

Qualifications

• Experience with ISO 9001 quality management systems.
• Knowledge of statistical process control (SPC).
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay

$20 - $27 per hour based on experience.
