Quality Assurance Analyst

One New Creation has an opening for a Quality Assurance Analyst focused on accurate, dependable work across moving services, call-center support, scheduling, customer communication, transportation, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Review samples of customer, order, schedule, crew, vendor, and transportation records against documented procedures, quality standards, and required fields.
• Identify errors, inconsistencies, missing information, and process gaps and record findings clearly.
• Track recurring quality issues and analyze patterns across scheduling, order, transportation, and customer-service workflows to identify likely root causes.
• Prepare quality metrics, exception summaries, and trend reports for customers, crews, vendors, and operations teams.
• Work with process owners to verify corrective actions and confirm that resolved issues do not repeat.
• Maintain audit-ready quality documentation, review checklists, and evidence supporting completed checks for One New Creation.

Requirements

• Experience in quality assurance, operations review, data validation, auditing, or process control.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to apply written standards consistently.
• Comfort using spreadsheets, checklists, issue trackers, and reporting tools.
• Strong written communication and the ability to document work clearly in a remote environment.
• Reliable internet access and a quiet, secure workspace suitable for handling business information in One New Creation's remote-work environment.
• Ability to complete a pre-employment background check.

$72,000 - $81,000 per year
