About the role

The Quality Assurance Analyst at Hustle Notice Biz supports day-to-day work across staffing, recruiting, business development, marketing, client service, and project coordination. In this position, you will review work outputs, records, and processes for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with documented standards while working with the records, systems, and teams used by Hustle Notice Biz.

Responsibilities

• Review samples of candidate, client, recruiting, sales, project, and marketing records against documented procedures, quality standards, and required fields.
• Identify errors, inconsistencies, missing information, and process gaps and record findings clearly.
• Track recurring quality issues and analyze patterns across recruiting, client-service, sales, and project workflows to identify likely root causes.
• Prepare quality metrics, exception summaries, and trend reports for candidates, clients, recruiters, and business teams.
• Work with process owners to verify corrective actions and confirm that resolved issues do not repeat.
• Maintain audit-ready quality documentation, review checklists, and evidence supporting completed checks for Hustle Notice Biz.

Requirements

• Experience in quality assurance, operations review, data validation, auditing, or process control.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to apply written standards consistently.
• Comfort using spreadsheets, checklists, issue trackers, and reporting tools.
• Strong written communication and the ability to document work clearly in a remote environment.
• Reliable internet access and a quiet, secure workspace suitable for handling business information in Hustle Notice Biz's remote-work environment.
• Ability to complete a pre-employment background check.

Pay

$69,500 - $78,500 per year
