Quality Assistant

About the role

Sensient Technologies Corporation is a leading global manufacturer and marketer of colors, flavors, and extracts. The QC Laboratory Aid will process Certificates of Analysis, support lab technicians through ordering and managing testing supplies, and contribute to continuous quality improvement across our QC Labs.

Responsibilities

• Manage the data entry of raw material samples of supplier CoAs and escalate issues to the QC leadership team.
• Manage and order inventory for laboratory testing supplies.
• Work in interdepartmental teams to provide the highest level of support for our customers.
• Organize, maintain, and audit QC lab testing paperwork.
• Collaborate with team members to support process improvements.

Requirements

• Associate’s or equivalent education in a Technical Degree.
• 2 years of experience working in quality control or quality assurance.
• Experience managing multiple small projects and working with small to mid-size interdepartmental teams.
• Inventory management experience preferred.
• Good communication skills and the ability to develop positive working relationships.
• Experience working in a customer-facing role.

Schedule

Monday – Friday (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM).
